ARCHITECT-AI is a prompt architecture platform that helps users create professional, phase-based prompts for various AI tools. The Service includes:
- Wizard and Chat Architect modes for prompt creation
- Multi-modal support (Apps, Websites, Images, Videos, Automations)
- GDPR and EU AI Act compliance features
- Reusable component library
- Project management and prompt versioning
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

6. Subscription and Payment
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Prompts generated by our Service are intended as starting points and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, unbiased, or suitable for all purposes. Users are responsible for validating and adapting generated content to their specific needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCHITECT-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
